Care for Children has an ambitious vision to see one million orphaned and abandoned children in Asia placed into local substitute families as a positive alternative to living in institutions.

The role will be based in either our Norwich office as part of our Head Quarters team that serves the organisation across the world or in our smaller London office.

If successful you will be asked to develop our UK fundraising strategy to reach challenging targets, working alongside our fundraising offices in Kansas City, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

The ideal candidate should have multiyear experience within the non-profit sector and be a target-driven individual. Experience in building key relationships, previous success in raising substantial funds and ability to influence are vital for this role. Other attributes would include a keen eye for detail, the ability to think both creatively and strategically, and strong leadership qualities.
