Trusts and Corporates Fundraising Officer

We are now seeking a Trusts and Corporates Fundraising Officer to increase funding through applying for charitable grants and building income from existing and new corporate donors. 

Trees for Life is in the process of implementing an ambitious strategy to increase its reach and impact in restoring the Caledonian Forest of Scotland, involving a more diverse range of people in the process. A key part of achieving this is maximising income from charitable trusts and companies.

The successful candidate will have experience of charitable fundraising from trusts and companies coupled with excellent, persuasive verbal and written communications skills.  Evidence of an ability to meet challenging targets, delivering a diverse workload to precise and immovable deadlines will be expected.

Applications that provide evidence of building professional relationships and networks to deliver on-going funding with an ability to take the initiative and be pro-active with funders would be especially welcome.

Salary: C (c£21,000-24,000)

Location: Findhorn, Moray

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent
