This is an exciting and unusual opportunity to use your relationship management expertise to help a unique Christian charity bring hope to some of the world’s most isolated people in need.

Mission Aviation Fellowship is a Christian mission organisation operating 135 light aircraft in 26 developing countries to transport patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and Christian Workers in the world’s remotest regions and places of deepest human need - places where flying is not a luxury but a lifeline.

A range of major donors – individuals, trusts and institutions – are generously partnering with MAF in order to sustain and increase the life-transforming impact of their work. With the needs of isolated people being greater than ever, MAF UK is ambitious to grow its income in order to meet the increasing demand for its services worldwide. The purpose of this role will be to lead a small team to develop, enhance and sustain relationships with existing major donors and significantly expand MAF’s ability to build more partnerships of real purpose and fruitfulness in the future.

This critical role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation and reporting into the Chief Executive. We seek a gifted strategist with outstanding interpersonal skills, sectoral expertise in fundraising or relationship management and the ability to inspire and lead a team. There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.

Please consider whether you might invest your passions and gifts in partnering with MAF UK through this key spiritual and strategic leadership opportunity.

The closing date for applications is midday on Monday 12th February 2018.
