To succeed in this broad role you will need an excellent fundraising track record, the ability to combine strategic thinking with delivery of operational work and experience of CRM systems. You will be an outstanding and compelling communicator and someone who can thrive within a small team and will ideally also have experience of working for a campaigning organisation.
