An exciting Database Assistant opportunity with a national charity. 

Hft is a national charity that’s been supporting people with learning disabilities since 1962. We put the people we support at the centre of everything we do and use our experience to work in partnership with them to provide personalised services to more than 2500 people. 

Position: Database Assistant 
Location: Whitefriars, Bristol, BS1 2NT 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £16,873 per annum

About the Role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and their families. At Hft, everything we do focuses on helping the people we support live the best life possible. 

This role will provide administration support for the Fundraising Department and a technical support service to the Database and Compliance team. 

About You: 

The person we are looking for will have good IT and numerical skills and have experience of working as part of a team. Crucial to your success will be excellent attention to detail and sound administration and organisational skills. 

You must be able to demonstrate experience of using databases, with the ability to input data accurately and have a professional approach to managing confidential data. An understanding of the Data Protection Act is desirable. 

You may have experience of the following: Database Assistant, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Administrator, Admin Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Data Management, Fundraising, Not for Profit, NFP, Administration, Database Administrator, Customer Service, etc.
