Bransby Horses is an equine welfare charity which is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary. The Charity’s objects are to prevent and relieve cruelty to horses, ponies and donkeys, to protect them from unnecessary suffering and promote knowledge of their care and treatment among the public.  We help to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses.  The Charity operates a 600-acre sanctuary, near the historic City of Lincoln, for horses that are either difficult to rehome or in the process of rehoming.  The charity is funded entirely by the generosity of public donations and legacies.

Bransby Horses is seeking a pro-active Manager to join our friendly Supporter Services team, a ‘back office’ function.  The successful candidate will manage the gift processing, renewal mailing, thanking and fulfilment processes.  The Manager will ensure the effective use of the charity’s database whilst complying with relevant legislation and guidelines. The Supporter Relations & Services Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing the current team to ensure an excellent supporter journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer focused environment, the ability to manage teams and project work, as well as an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and data protection. Good communication, organisation skills and flexibility are essential to the role.  A qualification in a relevant discipline and/or fundraising experience would be ideal.
