With the 150th anniversary of the College’s founding in 2021, there is an exciting opportunity for a new Development Director to further build on the recent alumnae and philanthropic engagement efforts and play a significant role in driving the success of the College for the future.
With a proven track record in engaging a variety of stakeholders and raising philanthropic support at a significant scale, you are a strategic thinker and operator, and a proactive and resilient individual with the ability to inspire and lead others. Your sophisticated interpersonal skills and communication style will be instrumental to your success in this post, along with your talent in building long-lasting and beneficial relationships. You are also educated to degree standard, or the equivalent through professional qualifications or experience.
