We have a new opportunity to support the work of our busy, central London cathedral.

As one of Bankside's most distinctive heritage landmarks, you will be able to build on existing funding streams and to develop new ones, so that we can continue to develop our Cathedral choirs and excellent music tradition, fund major works to the fabric of our Grade I-listed building and enable the establishment of new work to meet the needs of the local community in this part of South London.

Ideally a graduate, you should have a minimum of two years' experience in a fundraising role, possess good communication skills (both written and oral) and be able to handle and interpret financial information. You should also have experience of using fundraising databases, be a good researcher and enjoy using your initiative.

With these skills, matched with the drive and commitment to seek out potential donors, prepare high-quality grant applications to trusts and foundations and to enthuse all members of the Cathedral community, you will make a real difference in helping the Cathedral achieve its fundraising objectives, enabling it to be maintained and accessible for the whole community as a centre of teaching, of worship, prayer and pilgrimage into the future.

The closing date for completed applications is Thursday, 3rd May 2018.

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place on Thursday, 17th May 2018.
