Director of Fundraising & Communications

Changing Faces is the UK's leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different. We are recruiting a Director of Fundraising and Communications to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious fundraising and communications strategy – to drive forward our new strategic plan. We are looking for someone motivated, positive and results-focussed, who will deliver organisation-wide strategic and cultural leadership as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. You will be responsible for growing fundraised income across a range of income streams, increasing the reach and uptake of our services through first-class communications and marketing strategies, and leading a bold programme of campaigning and advocacy to bring about positive change for people with visible differences.
