Are you an ambitious and experienced Campaign Manager with skills to provide strategic development of the Committed Giving team within the Individual Giving portfolio? 

Vacancy Details

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Central Office

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Interview dates: W/C 21st May.

As an Individual Giving Campaign Manager, focusing primarily on Acquisition to the Sponsor a Puppy product, you will head a highly motivated team, and will have the opportunity to deliver a wide range of interesting campaigns across a broad range of channels, and contribute to strategy along with managing data and product developments. 

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below.

Requirements include;

  • Creating, managing and ensuring delivery of all aspects of a campaign
  • Inputting into the wider fundraising plan and the strategies for delivering short and long term goals
  • Identifying analysis required to understand campaign trends and supporter behaviour and ensuring maximisation of Returns on Investment.

Requisites for the role:

  • Confidence, motivation, organisation skills along with good time management, prioritisation and negotiating skills.
  • Proven track record and experience in a results-driven direct marketing environment with managing budgets and a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of budget setting, monitoring and re-forecasting, and a good understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques.
