Head of Mass Fundraising and Supporter Development

The Head of Mass Fundraising and Supporter Development plays key role in leading the strategic planning and direction for all mass fundraising activities across the charity’s portfolio.

You will use your expert insight to lead the continuing strategic development of our mass fundraising activity and drive the implementation of plans to enable transformational growth. The role will lead the Mass Fundraising & Supporter Development Team which encompasses Challenge Events, Supporter Development, Individual Giving and Product Development. The key focus of this role will be the more strategic development of the wider Mass programme to maximize existing, emerging and new mass fundraising opportunities. You will be accountable for the delivery of income £3m+ and leading a team 6 (although only formally managing 2).

This is an exciting phase of development following our partnership with the London Marathon so we’re looking for someone who has significant experience of designing and developing supporter journeys, individual giving and product development.
