Snowdrop Project is one of the leading charities in the anti-trafficking sector that provide long-term support to survivors of human trafficking through advocacy, counselling, community activities and a house renovation program.  The Snowdrop Project has become a respected name in the field being invited to be part of the Anti-Trafficking Monitoring Group, speaking in the House of Lords and provide training to local authorities, police and health professionals in various locations around the UK.

In the last two years Snowdrop Project has seen an exponential growth in the provision of its services by 200% and has become part of significant campaigns such as Lord McColl’s Bill and informing and developing national practice.  To support the growth of the charity, Snowdrop are seeking a passionate and innovative person to increase our regular donors and to increase the public awareness of what we do.

You will become part of a small but vibrant team who are in the job to bring real and lasting change to both our direct beneficiaries and the national field.  Your input will ensure that the services we deliver are more stable and accomplished to a high standard. By developing good relationships with individual donors and the public you will increase our regular income with the aim to see the team expand to provide more services to survivors.

You will have a proven track record of fundraising, ideally with individual donors; communicating effective messages to a targeted audience; developing good relationships through being honest and developing trust; and working collaboratively and independently.  You should have a strong desire to contribute to and grow in your skills of strategic development.
