An opportunity has arisen to focus upon external funding opportunities within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We are seeking to appoint a Funding and Partnerships Officer to join the Council’s Economic Development Team. This team works in partnership across and beyond the Council, and at this time the Council is restructuring and developing its response to support residents and services.

The Funding and Partnerships Officer plays a key role in exploring, disseminating, and developing the opportunities provided by external funding. This role leads on the Council’s approach to securing external funding from sources such as the Big Lottery, European Union and central government departments. Your insight, technical expertise and ability to forge partnerships both internally and externally will be essential. With significant experience of preparing bids, identifying funding opportunities and facilitating joint working you will be comfortable working independently and capable at prioritising efforts towards best effect.
