Position: Individual Giving Assistant 
Location: 43-44 Crutched Friars, London, EC3N 2AE 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £23,604 actual per annum

About the role: 

As a member of our high performing Individual Giving team you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of people affected by dementia. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with the rest of the Cause Acquisition team, assisting in the management of a variety of exciting direct marketing campaigns and channels including; digital, face to face, inserts, telemarketing and direct mail. 

About you: 

We are looking for a driven, passionate, highly organised individual, with a keen eye for detail. 

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: 

- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain key relationships with a range of audiences. 
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate with and influence others, who may have different priorities, to achieve common goals.
- Excellent verbal and written skills. 
- Excellent attention to detail. 
- Strong IT skills including a high degree of competence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
