Communications Assistant

Full Time

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £28,014 - £32,830 per annum , inclusive of London Allowance.

The UCL Faculty of Laws has a large and experienced professional services team, led by Faculty Manager Simon Buller. It is structured to support defined areas of academic activity and the governance, management, operation leadership of the Faculty.

The Faculty Communications Assistant will support the communications and marketing strategies and activities of the faculty in line with those of UCL as a whole.  The post holder will support the development and implementation of the communications strategy through delivery and evaluation of a wide range of communications projects and materials including, but not limited to: online communications (website stories, e-newsletters, social media posts, mailing lists), designing and producing publications (brochures, flyers, posters) and brand and visual identity management.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a communications role, and have demonstrable experience of producing high quality content and managing websites. The ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and utilise excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential, and the candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have effective computing and organisational skills.
