Purpose of role: to enable Respond to be financially sustainable to achieve its mission of bringing positive change to the lives of children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism or both who have experienced violence, abuse or trauma. The charity is seeking to increase its earned income to at least 50% of its turnover and maintain/replenish the fundraising pipeline of applications to trusts and foundations.
