Fundraising Manager (Parish, Community & Individual Giving)

Position: Fundraising Manager (Parishes, Community and individual Giving) 
Location: Central Office, London (SE5) 
Contract: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 per week 
Salary: £30,000 gross per annum

About the role: 

You will be a member of small friendly team, reporting to the Head of Supporter Relations, with access to the CEO and Trustees. The role is to motivate people to support their vital work through the churches, and to further develop other community fundraising and individual giving income streams. They have strong influential networks within faith based communities, schools and organisations, providing incredible opportunities to develop this role. 

You will work closely with their Trusts Fundraiser, Team Administrator, Communications Manager, Finance team and others. You will play a vital role in securing essential core funding to support children whose parents are in prison, and other family members, who are often the only real source of support for people who want to make a fresh start after prison and live crime free lives. 

About you: 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and driven individual to join a growing, respected charity working in over 60 prisons and in communities across England and Wales. You will have fundraising experience and an ability to engage with Pact’s traditional supporter base in the Catholic community.

You will have the ability to work sensitively & with integrity to grow their supporter base particularly amongst people motivated by their faith.
