Plan International UK strives to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world. Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 80 years,and are now active in more than 70 countries.

Our Corporate Partnerships Team is specifically responsible for driving growth from corporate partners. It is a high-growth, exciting and innovative team aiming to deliver £5m this financial year. We have a great opportunity for a New Business Executive to identify, approach and win new partnerships with the private sector as well as lead on new business prospect research.

Working closely with a partnership management team who have an excellent track record with our existing partners, and a programme team who specialise in programming with corporate partners, you will use your expertise to develop and deliver new partnerships that will help us achieve our mission. You will focus on securing unrestricted and thematic funding from the private sector, building a strategy to achieve diversified income streams that are aligned with our strategic goals. You will also deliver tailored pitches and presentations to a range of stakeholders, demonstrating passion for the cause.

With proven experience of identifying and securing new business opportunities in a commercial or charity setting, you will have met and exceeded financial income targets and will be able to deliver effective pitches, proposals and reports. You will also have an understanding of corporate fundraising techniques and Corporate Social Responsibility agendas and thinking, plus a demonstrable interest in international development.
