Head of Fundraising

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £47,715 per annum

About the role:
The Head of National Fundraising is a key position in the department as it manages the team who raise funds from individual givers, major donors and trust and corporate partners as well as ensuring our compliance. Working closely with Divisional Fundraising Managers who are based around the country, you will set and manage large income and expenditure budgets as well as leading a supportive and professional team of managers and staff in the Fundraising Department
Your proven track record of managing people and budgets will be valuable as will your diverse fundraising experience. The National Fundraising Team members have many ideas of how to raise the charitable funds needed by Hft and you will lead them through putting them into action.
If you have the skills needed and want to deliver a strong fundraising service for a national charity based in Bristol, this is the role for you.
