There is an exciting opportunity at the RNLI for a Marketing Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns for legacy and in-memory giving. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and deliver impactful, successful campaigns within the RNLI’s Marketing team.

Legacy and in-memory giving are both key areas for the RNLI, making a vital difference to our lifesaving work. Indeed gifts left to the RNLI in Wills fund 6 out of 10 lifeboat launches and so are extremely important to the organisation.

Essential skills for this role include impeccable communications skills, exceptional stakeholder management and personal resilience. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships with other teams and multiple stakeholders, demonstrate you can work in a constantly changing environment and be passionate about creating meaningful change for the RNLI’s marketing campaigns.

Our staff and volunteers have been saving lives at sea without prejudice for nearly 200 years. We respect and value diversity of background, skills and perspectives within our teams, and consider it essential to help us deliver a world-class lifesaving service. We are an inclusive organisation and welcome applications from everyone. In addition to having the skills needed for the role, we also look for applicants who share our commitment to living our RNLI values (trustworthy, courageous, selfless, and dependable), and helping us work towards our goals of halving drowning in the UK and Ireland by 2024. This involves a growing commitment to preventative action, using our expertise to work in partnership with communities locally, nationally and internationally to prevent drowning.
