BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working with Fathers Network Scotland to recruit a Fundraising and Campaigning Manager.

Fathers Network Scotland has a vision to inspire and create a truly father friendly world, removing tired stereotypes. It’s not about fathers’ rights, it’s about children’s needs.

This award-winning charity has grown from a visionary idea in 2008 to a well-respected organisation, driving change within government and business. Due to the continued growth and success of this young and dynamic charity, Fathers Network Scotland is looking to recruit a talented and driven Fundraising and Campaigning Manager to join its small, entrepreneurial and supportive team.

In this role, you will be pivotal in developing a fundraising strategy, generating income from Trusts, Foundations, Lottery and Statutory sources across Scotland. Using exceptional relationship building skills, you will ensure the appropriate processes, timely information and communication is provided to funders. You will have a solid grasp of all fundraising income streams, using your skills to attract income and donations from corporate organisations, the community and the wider public.

You will work collaboratively with the wider team to maximise all opportunities in fundraising and to raise the profile of the organisation. You will be a confident presenter, with the drive to promote and raise awareness of the charity’s brand and vision in all settings whilst helping to generate wider interest in the organisation’s pioneering campaigns and services.

If you are a creative and self-motivated fundraiser looking to use your relationship building skills to support a growing, dynamic organisation, contact us today.

This search is being conducted exclusively on behalf of Fathers Network Scotland by BTA.
