Strategic Funding Manager

In order to apply for this newly developed position at Home-Start Cheshire you will need to have a proven track record of securing new sources of funding from a variety of corporate / individual donors / charitable trusts and fundraising activities/ public events.
You will support the Manager and Trustees to develop a fundraising strategy which will increase the
organisations unrestricted funding to produce a diverse funding portfolio. You will work to clear targets to increase fundraising income year on year. This will be essential to realise the sustainability of the post.
The core competencies we are looking for include creative & conceptual thinking, highly developed
interpersonal and written communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude and a collaborative team
focussed approach.
Use of own car essential (car allowance will be paid)
