Head of Supporter Engagement and Data Insight
Salary: £38,776 - 45,619
Full time: 35 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and friendly fundraising team and bring your considerable knowledge and expertise to an organisation willing to invest in its fundraising team.
The Head of Supporter Engagement & Data Insight, will lead the development, implementation and on-going management of our donor recruitment and retention programmes, ensuring the highest levels of supporter satisfaction and engagement. The post also includes responsibility for our Lottery, which raises £4.2m net each year.
The role will report to the Director of Income Generation & Engagement and will lead a small team responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that drives significant income growth from existing and new supporters, as well as growing our Lottery and increasing retention of players.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a proven track record of maximising supporter value and engagement as well as being able to improve retention. You will be able to demonstrate what the ideal supporter journey is from start to finish and, you will seek to improve communications with supporters and the experiences offered to them.
You will have a successful track record in growing income from individual donors and donor recruitment work. You will have experience, or a good understanding of, integrating on-line media with a multi- channel approach to your work, have sound creative judgement, strong analytical skills and excellent communication and relationship building skills.
