This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Girlguiding’s fledging individual giving programme. The role’s perfect for a creative self-starter with at least one year’s experience of running multi-channel direct marketing campaigns. The money you raise will help empower girls and young women across the UK to achieve their full potential and be their best.

You’ll develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to encourage individual donations and legacy giving. You’ll help put the processes and infrastructure in place to ensure individual giving can thrive. 

• Project manage specific campaigns, from creative brief to end of campaign review, aimed at new and existing audiences
• Develop supporter journeys
• Lead legacy engagement programmes
• Design and document scalable procedures that support growth

An enthusiastic fundraiser, you strongly believe in the difference that voluntary donations make to a charity’s beneficiaries and care deeply about supporters. You enjoy building relationships internally and externally, and like working collaboratively to achieve great results. You’re creative and resilient with excellent attention to detail.

This role sits within the passionate and friendly Fundraising department in the Marketing and Communications directorate. Fundraising is part of the Marketing and Communications directorate which also includes the PR and Advocacy and Marketing and Audience Engagement departments.
