This year, the National Deaf Children’s Society are on course to raise around £22m to fund our range of services and campaigning work, and around 90% of this will be generated through the activities of the Supporter Marketing team.

We are now looking for a first rate marketing professional, ideally with demonstrable experience in managing a highly successful face-to-face fundraising programme, to join us as Senior Direct Marketing Executive for Supporter Recruitment. This is a key role within the Supporter Marketing team, responsible for maximising long term net income via a portfolio of recruitment activities to profitably attract new regular supporters and cash givers. Working across a range of channels, but with a particular focus on using face-to-face fundraising (Private Sites and door-to-door) to maximum effect, you will be part of the team that has a responsibility for an annual expenditure target of around £8m and is tasked with recruiting more than 80,000 new supporters each year.
