You know as a Trusts Manager that taking complex information, turning into simple and compelling language which leads to a donation is a skill only a few people possess. You are one of those few and we need you.

As the Trusts Manager you will lead and develop a strategy that will deliver a sustained income from charitable trusts to over £600,000 per annum. You’ll be a member of our wider Corporate, Trusts and Major Donor team.

You will prepare and write applications to major trusts and provide progress reports to ensure income is maximised. You will also identify and engage with relevant trusts and develop new ways of working.

You’ll also develop and implement a strategy to increase the value of existing donors. You will develop high quality funding propositions and manage complex restricted grants in line with donors’ requirements.

You’ll provide excellent stewardship to all supporting trusts and foundations. You will line manage the Trusts Fundraiser to deliver on trusts bids of up to £50,000.

You’ll have previous experience of successfully delivering six-figure sums from trusts and foundations. You will have previously experience of exceeding income targets. You will also have previous line manager experience as the role manages the Trusts Fundraiser.

You’ll have excellent written skills and able to write in a persuasive and tailored manner. You will have outstanding research skills and ability to develop creative ideas which lead to successful results.
