Our supporters have a huge impact on the care we provide and the right candidate will be skilled at building and maintaining key relationships to inspire, engage and enthuse our highest value supporters. You will help to maintain some existing relationships but also have the research skills and tenacious approach to evole new networks and realise new opportunities. Experience of working in a similar relationship management role would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a fundraiser who has the warmth and confidence to liaise with celebrity Patrons, Ambassadors and high-value supporters. You will need to possess the skills to write compelling, personalised updates and tailored funding proposals, co-ordinate high-level events and be part of our team. Strong time management skills are a must, as is a positive approach, pro-active work ethic and a collaborative nature.

We have ambitious plans to grow our income to ensure we are there for every local family in need of our care. This role is crucial to our Philanthropy strategy and if you are ready to meet the challenge, we would love to hear from you.

A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are essential. The role is based in our Poole Head Office and the successful candidate will be required to travel throughout Dorset and Wiltshire when necessary.
