Head of Fundraising

Health Poverty Action is a progressive INGO, working to strengthen poor and marginalised people in their struggle for health and social justice.

This is an exciting senior role – leading our fundraising - increasing income from existing streams and developing new ones.

It's a fantastic opportunity.  A lot of groundwork has been done to create opportunities for our fundraising income to grow, and a very warm, friendly and talented team is in place.  There is also scope to develop further, and organisational appetite to support this.

It's also a chance to really make a difference!

Your work will make possible ground-breaking policy & campaigns initiatives that tackle the root causes of injustice to bring lasting change.  It will make possible programmes in 18 countries – alongside people in some of the poorest and most marginalised communities in the world.  It will help improve disease control and health services, mental health, maternal and child health, food security and nutrition, water and sanitation, gender justice and eradicating harmful practices (such as FGM), and income generation and social enterprise.

As well as leading our fundraising, you will help the Director manage the whole organisation as part of the Senior Management Team.
