Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

The Philanthropy team at Unicef UK secures significant new partnerships for core Unicef programmes and emergencies, as well as delivering high profile events through committees and third parties. Collectively the team are also responsible for managing relationships with our most influential supporters and senior volunteers.

As Philanthropy Team Lead, you will build Unicef UK’s relationships with high net worth donors capable of giving at a high six and seven-figure level and lead a team to increase philanthropic support for Unicef’s work with children.

To succeed, you will have significant experience in major donor fundraising and proven success in securing major partnerships with high net-worth individuals. You will be an experienced manager, able to motivate and inspire a high performing team, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members to develop their skills and achieve ambitious targets. We are looking for exceptional skills in building relationships and experience of working with senior volunteers and trustees to achieve fundraising success, as well as an aptitude for new business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your fundraising talent to make a difference to children around the world.
