This is a fantastic opportunity for a brand expert, licensing specialist and commercial thinker to join a world-leading brand.

Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

Unicef UK’s fundraising teams raise funds to support Unicef’s long-term development and emergency relief work for children. Our sector-leading Corporate Partnerships team secures and manages long-term multi-million partnerships with major UK companies including easyJet, Unilever, Arm and Manchester United among others. This is an exciting time to join an award-winning team innovating with exceptional results. [MK1]

As Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will work between our brilliant corporate partnerships team and our brand specialists to deliver partnerships that answer shared objectives – both to deliver funds to support our impact work, and also answer our brand objectives and grow our relevance, familiarity and distinctiveness in the UK market.

In particular, you will focus on cause related marketing, licensing, brand and commercial activations and you will help us to tap into new audiences vital for our brand awareness. You will have the opportunity to steward and develop brand partnerships, including Disney, and will also work with our Soccer Aid team to maximise all brand related opportunities.

To succeed, you will have significant business development experience and a strong track record of generating value through brand partnerships, gained in the charity or private sector. Either way, you will have a good understanding of key trends in corporate partnerships, especially CRM and brand partnerships, as well as how co-branding can drive income and reach new audiences.  You will have exceptional project management skills, able to plan multilayer projects and bring together colleagues from across Unicef UK to deliver innovative partnerships. Above all, you will be motivated by the opportunity to deliver change for children in danger.

Closing date: 10am, Monday 3 December 2018.

Interview date: Monday 10 December 2018.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of people, respecting and drawing on different perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be required to apply for a criminal records check. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the role and the circumstances of your offences.

If you do not hear from us within 14 days of the closing date, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note that we only provide feedback to shortlisted candidates.
