This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growing corporate fundraising activity of the Development team in a prestigious organisation and support the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager in delivering best practice account management and achieving ambitious income targets through a suite of new fundraising opportunities.

Building and stewarding corporate relationships that deliver significant income through sponsorships and corporate membership, you will have a vital role enabling us to raise the funds we need to succeed in our ambitions. Sharing our vision of creating a better world through engineering, you will identify, contact and cultivate companies across a range of industry sectors, incentivising them to make multi-year commitments towards our critical work and helping to diversify the base of corporate support for the Academy’s work.

At the same time, you will work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to implement a new Corporate Membership scheme, creating and delivering a benefits packages and programme of events that enable us to attract and engage with our target audience.

You will need the enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence to act as an ambassador for the Academy, and a proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be an experienced and highly-motivate corporate fundraiser with business acumen and well-developed relationship management skills. You should also be able to demonstrate that you understand the importance of engineering to society. You will have commitment and a passion for the work of the Academy and a conviction to deliver positive outcomes for the Academy and the wider engineering profession.
