About the Role

This is an exciting time to join Leonard Cheshire, with a new strategy, renewed purpose and ambitious goals. We are in the process of implementing Microsoft D365 across the entire organisation. The post holder will receive full training on Microsoft Dynamics and will have the opportunity to learn a new system alongside other team members.

The aim of this role is to create, develop and deliver accurate data analysis, reports and dashboards for the Marketing and Fundraising division.The job also includes supporting the team with CRM related tasks. You will have the opportunity to contribute to building and maintaining data integration solutions as well as data selections.

About You

You will be educated to degree level in a Computer Science, Engineering or Maths related subject or have a demonstrable track record as a Data Analyst. You must bring experience in delivering data analysis for fundraising besides data manipulation and reporting.

You will have advanced data skills. You will be a MS Excel guru and able to use Power BI. You will have experience with Raiser's Edge, Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM/ Donor Management System for fundraising. You will be a data enthusiast with the ability to interpret it effectively and have a good understanding of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

You must have good communication skills and be an excellent team worker with ability to interact collaboratively with a diverse group in a multicultural environment. You will be able to work under pressure to multiple deadlines and have excellent attention to details.
