Communications and Marketing Manager

This role will have responsibility for leading, planning and increasing the engagement with some of Teach First’s most critical audiences – our funders, alumni of our programmes, and our trainee teachers.

You will plan an overall strategy for communications for these audiences – identifying the key moments, channels and content to engage them. You will work closely with partner departments across Teach First and draw on the support of our Creative and Content Team within Communications and Marketing, as well as have one direct report.

You have a proven track record of developing communications and marketing campaigns and content strategies across a wide range of channels. You display strong planning and project management and written and verbal communications skills. And you are adept at successfully managing relationships with content teams and creative agencies.
