The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. This makes it more likely they will struggle throughout their lives, widening social inequality. It’s a cycle that we’re determined to break.

We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and are looking for an outstanding Partnership Manager in our Trusts and Foundations fundraising team.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and dynamic with a good knowledge of relationship management and fundraising. The role will involve managing and enhancing relationships with prestigious trust supporters, producing high-quality funding applications and grant monitoring reports, and providing excellent stewardship and engagement opportunities for your portfolio. The role will also offer the opportunity to work with a range of other fundraising teams within the charity as a member of the Development Department.

Along with the satisfaction of knowing you are making a real difference, you will also receive £31,510 per annum & excellent benefits. (roles based in London will also receive £3,000 London Weighting Allowance)
