As our Director of Development (maternity cover), you could play a fundamental role in shaping and driving our transformational strategy and team, to secure philanthropic support for our activities. 

Your confidence in your ability to operate at this level will be underpinned by your substantial leadership experience and track record of delivering highly successful fundraising strategies.  You will be an inclusive, collaborative and strategic leader, and have an innovative and flexible approach to achieving outstanding results.  Key to your success in this role will be your sophisticated communication and influencing skills, and your pragmatism, resilience and approachable manner helps you win the confidence of those around you.
