Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

Full Time / 37.5hrs per week / Competitive salary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships Team.

With ambitious targets and an inspirational sense of momentum within the charity, The Children’s Trust is investing in our Corporate Partnerships Team. We are looking for a new business lead, senior account manager or experienced corporate fundraiser to drive our corporate partnerships development into the next phase of our work.

Your role will be to shape our corporate partnerships strategy, and proactively lead the team in developing long term, high value and multifaceted corporate partnerships which maximise income, value and influence for The Children’s Trust. You will have experience achieving ambitious income targets alongside exceptional account management, with the ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creative skills and strategic thinking in approaching new partnerships.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

We are at a crucial point in our history. With NHS England now reporting that over 40,000 children are affected by a brain injury every year, we are significantly scaling up our ability to reach more of these young people and their families. We are investing in a public engagement strategy, expanding into new territories and exploring how we optimise our national paediatric rehabilitation centre. Additionally we will be developing a capital appeal over the next few years. There is an inspirational sense of momentum within the charity, which you will play a vital role in.

Boasting a beautiful 24-acre site in Surrey, we are located just outside of London, close to the M25 (accessible via Junction 8, A217 to Tadworth) and easily accessible via National Rail, by way of: Clapham Junction, Sutton and Epsom.

The work we do is highly rewarding, and in addition to an attractive salary, we offer a valuable range of benefits, including: free on-site parking; subsidised cafeteria; on-site staff accommodation (subject to availability); the ability to retain your NHS pension (where applicable) or the opportunity to join an alternative scheme; and the opportunity to develop and implement your expertise in an environment that is as unusual in its beautiful historic nature, as it is unique in its state-of-the-art facilities.

If you would like to discuss the role please contact the People Operations Team who are more than happy to assist.

The Children’s Trust is fully committed to protecting children and young people.  All posts at The Children's Trust are subject to an enhanced DBS check.  If you are applying to The Children's Trust, and are already registered with the DBS update service, this will speed up the recruitment process significantly.  We are an equal opportunities employer, and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, regardless of their race, sex, disabilities, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation, or age.

PLEASE NOTE: The Children's Trust Application Form MUST be completed and submitted, in order for your application to be considered.
