Associate Director Trusts and Foundations
The Nature Conservancy
London (with flexible working arrangements)
Excellent Salary and Benefits
We are optimists about Earth’s future. Guided by our science-based approach The Nature Conservancy is focused on finding win-win solutions that promote both economic development and environmental protection. Our science tells us that it is possible to meet global challenges such as climate change, food and water security, and city growth, while creating a future in which people and nature thrive together. Our mission is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and creative individual to work as part of a growing team in London, and to shape, grow and implement our trusts and foundations strategy across the UK and Europe. Your track record of successfully managing a robust portfolio of trust relationships and securing gifts at the six-figure level or more, will underpin your success in this role. You have confidence in your ability to operate at this strategic level, and have sophisticated communication and influencing skills. Your enterprising spirit will inspire colleagues around you to maximise philanthropic opportunities for the Conservancy. A collaborative, agile and approachable manner will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment and international team.
The work of The Nature Conservancy is bold and ambitious. Our conservation projects and programs have positive measurable impact globally. If you are keen to support our mission, and to apply your experience in this high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
