YMCA DownsLink Group (YMCA DLG) is a dynamic charitable organisation providing a range of services to children, young people and families across Surrey and Sussex. Our work covers a wide range of areas including support & advice, accommodation, family work, health & wellbeing and training & education.

We are recruiting a Fundraising & Commercial Director who is passionate about raising funds to support charitable work that really does transform young lives. 

You will be responsible for taking on a significant leadership role in our ambitious and innovative organisation. We are looking for a proven fundraising leader, who has a natural aptitude for income generation, to join our senior leadership team and take our fundraising and income generation activities to the next level. You will have an investment budget to build a team to meet our fundraising ambitions and the opportunity to help shape the strategy and development of our YMCA.
