Philanthropic Giving Lead

A rewarding opportunity to lead on the development and implementation of a major donor strategy has arisen at this highly regarded local charity. You will be responsible for devising and implementing a sustainable major gifts and trusts and grants strategy in order to achieve significant income growth.

Working closely alongside LOROS’ Senior Management Committee, Director of Income Generation, Trustees and Project Leads throughout the organisation, you will develop projects and submit them to potential donors for funding to support the achievement of our strategy and continued growth.

To be successful, you will have experience of identifying, cultivating and maintaining high quality supporter relationships and a proven track record of securing high level income from those relationships (five and six figure gifts). The successful candidate will have experience in major donor fundraising, and launching, planning and delivery of new and existing partnerships. A strategic, creative thinker with problem solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
