Trust and Grants Officer

This is an opportunity for a talented trusts fundraiser who thrives on writing compelling, well-judged applications and who works collaboratively with others across the organisation to cultivate support. You will research prospective supporters and build relationships to create a pipeline of key prospects, support the Philanthropic Giving Lead in planning and delivering a Philanthropic Giving strategy that aligns to the overall Fundraising strategy, ensuring that income targets are met.

To be successful, you will have prior experience in trust fundraising, an understanding of trends in grant giving and excellent written skills. You will take pride in contributing to the delivery of life-changing services which will allow LOROS to continue delivering their high quality care to patients, their families and carers and ensure the organisation is fit for the future.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed, organized and have excellent written skills, the ability to build a rapport quickly and be self-motivated and able to prioritise their own workload to meet deadlines.
