Individual Giving Lead

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to develop a career in Fundraising at a highly regarded, local charity.  LOROS is looking for an Individual Giving Co-ordinator who will develop a programme of online and offline fundraising opportunities for individual supporters.  Specifically, the post holder’s focus will be to significantly increase the level of individual giving income in line with the Fundraising Strategy, building long-term relationships with regular givers.

Working with the Individual Giving Lead and other key stakeholders you will drive forward LOROS’ regular giving scheme, evaluating and making recommendations for greater success in the future.  You will need to ensure that all recruitment activities reach their financial target and closely meet the fundraising standards and compliance requirements.

You will also have responsibility of reviewing current thanking processes and devise new, innovative methods, which take into consideration the supporters, preferred methods of communication.

To be successful, you will have knowledge of donor acquisition and regular giving across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have an analytical nature, able to evaluate and monitor the success of campaigns
