Challenge Events Co-ordinator

A rare opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to become part of the ambitious Events Team at LOROS.  Working closely with the Events Lead, you will be responsible for the Challenge Event portfolio, tasked with increasing profit and raising awareness of LOROS and its services.  You will have the opportunity to create new events whilst also bringing fresh ideas to established events helping to capitalise on the ever-growing enthusiasm for Challenge Events in the UK.  You will need to match the passion we have for events and bring a drive and willingness to succeed.

The ideal applicant will have a love of the great outdoors as well as excellent knowledge and experience of challenge events through their own personal experiences. You will possess the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve things they never thought they could!

The successful candidate will be passionate, committed and results driven with a great work ethic. The applicant will be willing and able to work long hours over weekend and evenings during busy event periods.
