About the Role

An exciting opportunity to support and develop both our UK and international corporate partnerships that secure income, gifts in kind or expertise, enabling Leonard Cheshire to maintain and extend its support to people with disabilities.

The partnerships you will manage will each exceed £50,000 a year and will also include high profile partnerships worth in excess of £1 million.  You will ensure existing relationships are expertly managed to maximise the opportunity to retain, develop and grow their incredible support. 

You will contribute to key Leonard Cheshire cultivation events that provide the opportunity to both attract new and thank existing partners.  With our exciting new brand, you will work with our service and programme delivery teams to identify projects to enable you to develop compelling approaches to companies that will secure their partnership support.

You will manage multi-level relationships with our partners embedding them into our Charity and developing their ongoing support.

About You

You will have an impressive track record of relationship management and fundraising along with demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding financial targets.

You will be persuasive, with the ability to inspire and influence both our partners and potential partners developing long terms relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be inspired by our work and bring a genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire.
