We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Fundraising Manager to help us significantly grow our income and make an even bigger difference to the lives of the people we support.

We are entering a period of growth with ambitious plans to develop and expand our fundraising activity. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we take fundraising to the next level by expanding the team with new positions which will play a vital role in taking us forward.

The Trusts Fundraising Manager will be:

  • Responsible for delivering our fundraising strategy to secure income from national and local trusts, foundations and grant making organisations in line with agreed income targets
  • A natural communicator, building strong relationships with funders, and with internal colleagues across the organisation
  • An exceptional writer, creating comprehensive and inspiring narratives. You will be comfortable working on detailed, complex bids, identifying and understanding a need and turning it into an inspirational story

They will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of fundraising and income generation from trusts and foundations
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and collaborative
  • Exceptional writing skills with the talent to inspire and engage

Ideally, this position is offered on a full time basis (37.5hrs) however we are open to considering flexible working or part time hours for the right candidate.
