Help deliver an ambitious fundraising plan, supporting the UK’s national academy for engineering.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated graduate to work for the UK’s national academy for engineering, which brings together the UK’s most eminent engineers from all disciplines to promote excellence in engineering.

Engineering is at the heart of our nation and our future: transforming ideas and materials into global infrastructure, products and services that increase the wealth and health of our economy and society.

Working as part of our Development team, you’ll help us implement our fundraising strategy, specifically in the areas of administration, data analysis, communications and campaign collateral. Crucially, you’ll be responsible for our relationship database, interpreting data to shape communications plans and creating engaging materials to illustrate social impact.

We need a true self-starter with excellent administrative and IT skills and experience working in a high performing environment. Naturally, you will be exceptionally organised and methodical with meticulous attention to detail, and you will be passionate about driving change.

To be successful, you’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to build and foster great working relationships with colleagues of all levels. In short, you will bring everything it takes to deliver a compelling value proposition – and to take us to the next level.

In return, we offer an unrivalled package of benefits including a non-contributory pension scheme, BUPA cash plan, private medical insurance, subsidised restaurant, regular social activities, health and wellbeing programmes and the possibility of flexible working, as well as significant investment into your personal and professional development.
