Our Area Fundraising Officers work across their designated patch, engaging with and developing relationships with Acorns supporters.

Building meaningful relationships with people doing their own fundraising in aid of Acorns, local businesses, and groups and organisations, you will support them in raising as much money as possible by providing exceptional supporter care. What are we looking for from a proud Acorns Area Fundraising Officer?

  • Proven success in a fundraising, sales or customer focussed role
  • Demonstrable experience of over-achieving your KPIs and targets
  • Brilliant track record of building and nurturing relationships with supporters or customers
  • Exceptional communications skills and the ability to deliver compelling pitches and presentations
  • Team player who can demonstrate real passion and zest for the charity's work
  • Experience of recruiting, inducting and motivating fundraising volunteers

This role will be Hospice based with frequent travel around the patch, as well as regular contact with the Fundraising Team at Head Office in Wythall where there will be a friendly welcome from a lively, bubbly team. There is plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development.
