Alcohol misuse harms everyone – not just those who drink, but those around them. It’s also completely avoidable. More than 10 million people in the UK are drinking to excess, costing the NHS £3.5 billion a year and our police, courts and prisons another £4 billion. We’re not anti-alcohol. We're here to help people - and society - to develop a better relationship with alcohol. We campaign, we shift culture, we support cutting-edge research and we run the incredible Dry January behaviour change challenge. You will transform countless lives.

We have just agreed a brilliant new strategy and a dynamic five-year fundraising plan, and you will have a rare opportunity: to be involved in starting a brand new fundraising function from scratch. Focusing on individual, community and in memory giving, you will have the backing of the high-profile Dry January campaign, a great team culture, and a CRM system you can tailor to your needs. You will also have an outstanding opportunity to play a leading role in our mission-centred engagement programme.

Already an experienced charity fundraiser, you will be skilled in producing engaging communications, creating strong copy and forging productive donor relationships. You will ideally be capable of using design software and ThankQ. Above all, you will love engaging with people.

In return, we offer a 6% pension contribution, a salary sacrifice scheme, flexible hours, healthy investment in your training and development, and even the ability to buy and sell leave.
