Animal Free Research UK is looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to provide expert customer care to the charity’s supporters, advising on, implementing and delivering best practice at all touch points. This is a rewarding role, offering the opportunity to play an integral part in an organisation dedicated to creating a world where human diseases are cured faster without animal suffering.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for supporter queries. You will be responding to all phone, mail, email and social media enquiries, so you’ll need to be a superb communicator (written and verbally) to deliver the best supporter journey possible for both new and established donors.

Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing team, assisting in the development of creative content to engage supporters. This will include assistance with our supporter newsletter, writing copy and liaising with our suppliers.
