Senior New Business Manager

We’re Anthony Nolan and we save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant.

We’re pretty unique. Thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.

But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.

And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for an experienced Senior New Business Manager who will join the team to identify and win new corporate partnerships, ensuring income and high value opportunities are maximised. You will also be responsible for line managing a New Business Manager, supporting their development and progress against their KPIs and targets.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of securing six figure corporate partnerships and possess the drive, enthusiasm and determination to deliver challenging budget targets.  You will be leading the cultivation, negotiations and pitch process to win partnerships utilising the full range of corporate fundraising streams including Charity of the Year, strategic partnerships and sponsorship.

A proficient and experienced networker, you have the influence, experience and personality to establish highly effective relationships at the most senior levels within large, commercial organisations.  Whether you are dealing face-to-face, by phone or in writing, your communication, listening, interpersonal and negotiation skills are exceptional and you will have the drive and tenacity to enable you to achieve under pressure and deal proactively with setbacks and challenges.
