Relationships & Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a creative, experienced and dynamic fundraiser to lead the relationships with our individual and corporate donors. Working closely with the Artistic Director & CEO, you will focus on developing our newly established individual and corporate giving schemes, building strong relationships to secure fundraised support for our programme and help deliver our annual £1.4m revenue target.

Through securing these funds, you will enable BAC to support 400 artists to deliver 650 performances annually; ensure the building can open to 160,000 visitors each year; and make possible the delivery of activities which engage over 5,000 people in our community.

If you are excited by this challenge, we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will have some solid experience of managing relationships, fundraising and related compliance. Perhaps you are working in third sector fundraising and would like to work for an arts organisation and charity, or currently run memberships schemes in another organisation and are looking for a leadership role – this could be the one for you.
